Planner Buyer acts as single point of contact for suppliers and is responsible to plan and purchase components (like API, Artwork, Bulk etc.) for the production site;
Responsible for review and release of planned orders, generates purchase orders and submits to vendor;
Daily routines: Monitors and maintains purchase orders ensuring the timely delivery of materials to support customer and manufacturing requirements. Adjusts POs and scheduling agreements according to current situation (quantities and/or dates). Releases POs and scheduling agreements to vendor;
Monthly routines: Adapts procurement plan according to production plan (e.g. update and firm purchase requisitions). Selects proper source of supply according to the existing procurement strategy. Converts purchase requisitions into purchase orders or scheduling agreements.

Requirements:
University degree in Business Administration/Economics or similar;
3+ years professional experience in Planning or Purchasing department;
Experience in working with strict deadlines with high attention to details;
Excellent communication skills in an international environment;
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and BI ;
Customer orientation Strong multi-tasking capabilities; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently;
Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
