We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader with a strong background in low-level programming and a deep understanding of Windows internals to join our team.

About the role:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers responsible of our endpoint security applications.
Design and implement end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.
Manage tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements.
Collaborate closely with the product and research team.
You will play a critical role in defining and prioritizing detection algorithm roadmaps.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges.
Continuously evaluating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies to keep Morphisec at the forefront of innovation.

Requirements:
Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.
Extensive experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.
Proven ability to prioritize, manage, and lead multiple projects and initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience making critical technical decisions balancing business requirements, feasibility, and scalability.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts and defense mechanisms.
