We are looking for a Product and R&D Project Manager to join our team in Tel Aviv.
You will play a crucial role in initiation, execution, tracking and leading high profile projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that our projects management development processes are optimized for high level of execution, quality and efficiency. Your role will involve close collaboration with teams and managers across the company and within the R&D department including product managers, TLs, developers, architects, and DevOps.
Responsibilities:
Manage successfully complex projects within Product, R&D and engineering departments.
Represent and act as Product POC with internal business stakeholders..
Collaborate closely with Product managers, development teams, architects, and DevOps.
Communicate with executive leadership.
Communicate and be able to discuss product and project requirements with customers and prospects to reach alignment and customer satisfaction and internal efficiency.

Requirements:
Must have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product / Project Manager in mid-size or large companies.
Effective project management skills to drive plans, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, business partners and customers.
Understanding of business needs and crafting solutions to business needspain.
Ability to withstand load and pressure
Nice to have:
Product management experience.
Previous leadership position.
Experience in Startup companies.
Must have:
At least 5 years of experience as a Product / Project Manager in mid-size or large companies.
Effective project management skills to drive plans, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, business partners and customers.
