We are looking for a dynamic self-driven Finance Systems Analyst, with technical knowledge in Netsuite and other financial systems, to join our Finance Applications team.
The position requires hands-on involvement, implementation of best practices, project management skills, assertiveness, innovation, coping with a fast-paced environment, and using exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day support for our financial systems, ensuring their smooth operation and resolving any system-related issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into system enhancements.
Planning and executing system upgrades, including testing, training, and change management activities.
Extract, analyze, and manipulate financial data from various sources to support business data migration and decision-making processes.
Develop and maintain financial system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
Manage end-to-end implementation projects through all project lifecycle phases.

Past experience with financial systems (experience working with Netsuite or Zuora Billing is a significant advantage).
Understanding of end-to-end financial business processes both on the revenue and payable side.
Working with project management tools such as Jira / Monday or any other
Advanced Excel / G-suite knowledge.
Proficiency in SQL or other database management tools for data extraction and analysis.
Working with integration tools and understanding of API integrations - a significant advantage.
Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Industrial engineering, or equivalent degree.
Soft Skills:
Proven project management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluent English.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Self-driven and able to take direction and drive results, works well under pressure.
