We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with extensive R&D experience to lead our projects and manage relationships with our partners. As a Technical Project Manager, you will guide the engineering team, including system engineering, and play a key role in defining technical strategies. You will be involved in major architectural and strategic decisions that shape the growth and evolution of our teams and technical interfaces with clients.
Lead all R&D aspects of the project, from kick-off to delivery.
Oversee the development process and ensure business value delivery.
Define system architecture.
Manage the R&D Gantt chart and budget.
Assist in implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.
Collaborate with clients, HQ R&D, and supply chain teams, including subsidiaries in the US, Germany, Sweden, and other locations.
Lead technology implementation with strategic partners such as OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and infrastructure companies.

Requirements:
BSc. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related field mandatory!
At least 8-10 years of experience as a development project manager in a multidisciplinary company.
Experience managing diverse, high-budget development projects with mechanical, electronic, and software components.
Experience leading system integration.
Strong understanding of requirements management and technical aspects.
Proven experience managing project schedules.
High proficiency in English.
Knowledge of the automotive industry (advantageous).
