Were seeking a talented Data Lead with an entrepreneurial spirit to establish the data domain. If you're self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of initiatives, this role is for you.
What Will You Do?
Translate business and product requirements into data specifications, working closely with engineering to define and model the data schema.
Collaborate with product and software teams to turn business needs into actionable data solutions.
Develop and maintain internal reports and dashboards using BI tools, ensuring they meet both customer and product improvement objectives.
Enrich our data repository with external sources like weather, geo-informatics, and traffic data to enhance analysis.
Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, generate insights, and offer recommendations that directly influence product performance.
Identify data gaps and work with the software team to ensure all necessary data is collected and structured effectively.

Minimum of 6 years as a Data Analyst with proven hands-on experience analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights.
Strong expertise in BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, and SQL; knowledge of cutting-edge BI technologies is essential.
A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related engineering field.
Ability to ask the right technical questions to extract valuable insights and create queries/reports that address key business needs.
Proven experience working cross-functionally, particularly with product and software teams, ensuring data solutions align with business goals.
Experience in the IoT or mobility sectors is a strong plus.
Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical, to present findings and influence decision-making.
