Job Description:
Remotely control and monitor company sites through cloud-based software.
Provide remote training and customer support.
Troubleshoot operational and electronic problems within the charging system.
Monitor and upgrade the company's system control methods.
Analyze data on the functionality of our systems.

Requirements:
Practical Engineering degree in Software, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of experience in a tier 1 technical support role.
Ability to read electronic schematics.
Previous experience in monitoring and control/technical support roles.
Experience with ERP/CRM systems.
Strong customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and drawing schematic conclusions.
A problem-solving mindset.
High-level proficiency in English.
