In this role, you will take an integral part in the creation of a new and innovative SaaS product.

What You'll Be Doing:
Manage the security analysts team, improve processes and build the training program
Learn, maintain and improve our fraud detection capabilities
Be an escalation point for investigations of customers and suggest optimization activities to improve their performance
Identify, analyze and visualize data trends and translate them into actionable business insights
Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and strategies
Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs
Develop a strong working relationship with AMs across the company
Work closely with Product and Research teams to support decision making as part of new features rollout.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience working as a security analyst in the Fraud/Identity realm
2+ years of experience leading a customer facing analysts team
Great communication skills, with proven ability to lead and interact effectively with multiple teams/stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
Excellent English, required to communicate daily with international teams
Strong analytical and data visualization skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools: SQL, Python are a must.
Fast learning capabilities and proven ability to multitask working on several projects at a time
Proven track record in using data tools and trends to identify opportunities and create clear actions to improve performance, problem-solving approach
BA/BS in Statistics / Operations Research / Industrial Engineering / Math / Economics or other quantitative fields preferred
Advantages:
Previous experience with Jira
Previous experience with Grafana
Familiarity with Pythons Pandas package
Familiarity with ML based detection models.
5+ years of experience working as a security analyst in the Fraud/Identity realm
