Senior Product Manager - API

As a Senior Product Manager, API at you will be at the forefront of developing our core API products, driving innovation in Trust & Safety solutions. Your role will be to shape the roadmap, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure that our API offerings are cutting-edge, scalable, and deliver value to our B2B customers. You will be responsible for owning the full API lifecyclefrom ideation to productionand collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders (mostly our customers developers and product managers) to create impactful products that contribute to online safety worldwide.

Responsibilities
Drive API Product Strategy: Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the API product, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
End-to-End Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to release, managing requirements, specifications, and timelines.
Define Success Metrics: Establish clear product success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with R&D: Work closely with the R&D team to develop robust, scalable API solutions that meet customer expectations and technical constraints.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the product development process.
User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze feedback from users and customers to drive product improvements, ensuring the API delivers a seamless experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to ensure smooth product rollouts and customer satisfaction.
Innovation & Vision: Stay ahead of industry trends and identify new opportunities to enhance API offerings, keeping the product competitive in the market.
