Your daily work will include: Configuration, integration, troubleshooting, and follow-up on inquiries forwarded to the manufacturer's teams. A full-time position.

Experience:
1-3

Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in positions such as IT / Network Support from large companies or supporting large business clients. Experience working with network security solutions such as VPN/ Firewall / Proxy/ IPSec/ Secure Web Gateway, etc. Excellent understanding of network communication processes and protocols. Be able to work and learn independently. High verbal communication skills, and an ability to provide excellent service. Available for a full-time position. High English proficiency.
