The Failure Analysis Technical Lead is responsible for analyzing and investigating failures reported by customers, focusing on their technical aspects.
A key aspect of this role includes examining the system's technical details, identifying potential failures, conducting tests, and recommending improvements and repairs to enhance the systems reliability and accuracy.
Main Responsibilities:
● Reproduce and validate faults reported by customers
● Conduct a methodical investigation to identify the root causes of the failure and think of possible solutions in collaboration with development teams
● Operate external laboratories when necessary and analyze reports received
● Write failure analysis reports and present them to customers

Requirements:
● BSc in engineering Electronics, an advantage
● Analytical, organizational, process-oriented, attention to detail
● Experience in conducting failure analysis in a multidisciplinary product
● Familiarity with PCBA manufacturing processes and software/hardware interfaes
● Knowledge of Embedded Software an advantage
● Systemic view and process understanding
● Excellent interpersonal communication skills
● Good verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
