Who are we?
Knapp is a global company developing and manufacturing intelligent warehouse systems using the latest solutions in digitalization, software, automation and robotics.
What will you do?
Support the travel department in Visa-process, accommodation and transport issues.
Validate working permits/certifications.
Support payroll process.
Support the team on various issues related to presence in Israel (e.g. healthcare, accommodation, transportation, etc.).
Support supply purchase (e.g. office supplies, clothing, safety equipment).
Support in project finance for all local expenses and payments to external parties.
Open accounts with local clinics in accordance with the insurance company used for healthcare purposes.
What are we looking for?
Excellent command of English - spoken and written.
Experience in similar positions.
Good knowledge of MS Office.
Independent, organized, motivated, with great communication skills.
Work in KNAPP Offices in Caesarea.
