Were looking for a full-time Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist to join our amazing HR team As Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing OD and learning initiatives to support people and organizational development. This role involves designing and implementing OD new processes (surveys, onboarding, managerial development programs etc.), developing training materials, and designing training programs (internal or external) in alignment with business needs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.

* Execution of organizational development processes and programs (managerial development programs, surveys, performance, feedback).
* Identify learning and development needs, and support managers and employees in creating developmental opportunities.
* Design and develop engaging and effective training materials, including instructor-led sessions, job aids and slides, or finding external vendors for online learning.
* Maintain detailed records of training activities, participant progress, and program outcomes.
* Lead the establishment of organizational academy offering for employees skills development
* Ongoing responsibility on surveys and OD & learning systems (might include LMS implementation).

* Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - English and Hebrew.
* Experience in implementing OD processes and programs.
* Great project management and task management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholders at the company
