we are seeking a highly organized project manager with outstanding communication abilities and proven experience in project management. The project manager will help create cross-organizational work processes and oversee large-scale, business-critical work pipelines.
The ideal candidate shall have the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel, and have the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams to execution excellence in a complex matrix organization.
Responsibilities
Regularly sync up with all company functions and communicate progress on the overall roadmap and key projects.
Collaborates with stakeholders to work on process improvement initiatives in-line with strategies
Sharing project updates with all stakeholders, including raising project risks, presenting solutions, and adapting plans to adjust to new requirements.
Capture learnings from Project and incrementally improve processes and solutions based on the same

2+ years experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the gaming industry
Good managerial skills with previous experience in coordinating large, cross-functional teams
Solid communication skills
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and analytical skills to deliver quality projects within tight deadlines
Creative, pragmatic, and able to find the best solutions to overcome obstacles and ensure project development
2+ years experience in a Project Management role, preferably in the gaming industry
