As the data Product Manager at Migdal Group, you will play a crucial role in integrating data -driven insights into product development. You will lead strategic data projects, including mapping and defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for company data, and creating a transparent and user-friendly business view. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that our data products meet customer needs and align with business objectives. This role involves overseeing data conventions, defining data collection requirements, and managing data naming standards across all processes and products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency throughout the product life cycle.

Requirements:
Proven experience in data product management and data -driven decision-making.
Strong understanding of data conventions, collection requirements, and naming standards.
Ability to lead strategic data projects, including mapping and defining needs, establishing a single source of truth for company data, and building a transparent and user-friendly business view.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related field.
Strong understanding of data technologies, data engineering, and data science methodologies.
Proficient in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with data governance tools and frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in managing complex data
