We are seeking an experienced and driven Immuno Validations Manager to lead our validations team.
Location: Jerusalem, Israel
Role Summary:
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team that applies our production antibodies across various immunoassays. Your work will directly contribute to the quality control and reliability of our products, ensuring they meet rigorous scientific standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of immuno validation specialists, setting clear goals and providing hands-on guidance.
Coordinate validations using diverse applications, including immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, immunoprecipitation, and additional antibody-based techniques.
Review and interpret results to support product performance standards.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure that antibodies meet high-quality benchmarks.
Develop and implement best practices in validation processes and team workflows.

PhD in Life Sciences or a related field.
Strong experience in immunoassay applications, including immunohistochemistry, immunocytochemistry, and immunoprecipitation.

Excellent analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data to support quality control.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
