Join our Procurement team as a Tech Lead, where you'll play a hands-on role in launching an exciting new product. With plans to grow our customer base tenfold next year, you'll have the opportunity to shape the technical direction and address complex challenges related to scalability, performance, and maintaining a clean, efficient architecture.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Lead the design and technical development of full-stack features, with a focus on backend development (Javascript/Typescript) and front-end (React).
Build and own new features in our core product, driving real impact and ensuring deliverables are completed from planning through to production.
Ensure the production of high-quality code that is readable, testable, and maintainable.
Design scalable and efficient software components that perform smoothly under load.
Proactively raise potential issues and propose solutions to both technical and business challenges.
Identify areas that can benefit from re-architecture to support future scalability and proactively drive the necessary improvements.
Provide mentorship and guidance to developers, helping them grow their skills in coding, testing strategies, and best practices to foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
