We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Operations Engineer to join our technical operations team and be a part of building an impacting team, handle complex technical issues and ensure service reliability for our customers production environments.
As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring our SaaS solutions hosted in the cloud, primarily on AWS. You will work closely with the Customer Experience and Research & Development (R&D) teams to optimize processes, improve product quality, and effectively manage escalations.
This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background in cloud environments and a passion for delivering high-quality services to our customers.

* Be able to multitask and prioritize incoming tasks.
* Respond to and handle escalations from customers or internal teams efficiently and effectively.
* Implement best practices for monitoring, logging, and alerting in a cloud environment.
* Continuously identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
* Conduct root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
* Develop and maintain troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge.
* Document operational procedures and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

* 2+ years of proven experience as a Technical Operations or NOC Engineer role in a SaaS company.
* Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
* Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for monitoring cloud-based applications.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
* Experience working in an Agile environment and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
* Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
* Excellent verbal and written English.
* Hands-on experience with Linux and Dockers/Kubernetes.
* AWS practitioner certificate is an advantage.
* Familiarity with automation concepts is an advantage.
* Experience with Cyber security companies is an advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is an advantage.
