As a senior global Project Manager, you take a holistic view of your projects, connecting the dots and coordinating tasks cross-functionally. A key aspect of your role will be collaborating, negotiating, and drawing on your colleagues' and stakeholders' knowledge and experience to keep your projects moving successfully.
Among your key responsibilities will be to:
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading technology transfer and introduction projects across Ferring sites and third-party manufacturers
- Managing cross-functional transfer and launch readiness programs
- Developing and implementing manuals, guidelines, and tools with cross-functional teams
- Leading launch preparation and defining manufacturing strategies for new products
- Supporting CMC projects and development by ensuring production requirements for sustainable product launches

Requirements:
Have solid experience and a proven track record with tech transfer and cross-functional operational projects/programs from a similar role - Must
Have an M.Sc. or a Ph.D. in pharmacy, chemistry, or chemical - Must
engineering - Must
Can demonstrate project execution experience within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry- Must
Have good knowledge of various types of pharmaceutical dosage forms and sterile products
English- native level (verbal and written) - Must
