IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading our IT department and ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our technology infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing a team of IT professionals, overseeing day-to-day IT operations, monitoring systems for cyber security threats, and providing direction to support the organization's goals and objectives. Reporting to the Director of IT /IS, this role requires significant technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in addition to hands on capabilities.

Responsibilities
Manage the Global functions of IT, Cloud and R&D Lab infrastructure, while ensuring 24/7 availability.
Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies for backups, disaster recovery, security administration, change control, operations, and network infrastructure..
Assess, manage, and administer employee identity and access
Manage our MDM and EDR solutions globally
Manage IT software, hardware, and equipment inventory
Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and providing training and guidance as needed.
Perform IT needs assessments, technology, and vendor selections, focusing on building best practices while controlling costs.
Plan, implement and maintain information security strategy and policies to meet regulations, adequate market best practice such as ISO27001 and SOC2
Lead IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services.
Monitor performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels
