We are seeking a skilled system administrator with 5+ years of experience in small to medium-sized companies, as well as a background in a similar role within a global hi-tech organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain virtualization infrastructure using VMware and ESX servers.
Oversee Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), DNS, and PowerShell scripting.
Administer Storage solutions and ensure optimal performance.
Support and maintain Office 365 and Azure infrastructure.
Manage Windows servers, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Investigate and troubleshoot system issues efficiently.
Plan and execute both projects and daily operational tasks independently.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a system administrator in a small to medium-sized company.
Proven experience in production systems within a hi-tech global company.
Hands-on experience with virtualization, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure.
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
Experience with Linux systems is a plus.
