Temp position for 9 months!
Located in Petah Tikva, hybrid.

*Coordinate Talent Development Programs: Assist in the design, development, and implementation of talent development programs and initiatives.
*Schedule and organize training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities. Communicate program details, schedules, and requirements to participants. Track and maintain training records, attendance, and evaluations.
Support Training and Development Activities: Assist in the creation and distribution of training materials, presentations, and resources.
*Coordinate with internal and external trainers to schedule training sessions and ensure availability of training materials. Coordinate logistics for training events Manage participant registrations, confirmations, and communications.

Requirements:
*Proven experience in talent development, training coordination, or a similar role.
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
*High Level English- Must!!
*Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
