Experienced at balancing long-term design goals with an Agile-based iterative approach.

Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to discover insights, define user personas, and map user journeys.
Develop lo-fi/hi-fi mockups and prototypes to articulate interaction design effectively.
Communicate and build consensus around all aspects of the design direction.
Understand the array of technical constraints, user goals and business requirements.
Use data analysis to improve the customer experience.
Iterate through design feedback from internal stakeholders and customers.
Facilitate usability testing and other UX methodologies.
Optimize features based on analysis of the competing solutions.
Collaborate and work closely with PM team, RnD, other product designers and upper management.
