Automation QA Delivery Lead

We are looking for a Delivery Lead Automation-QA, to join the Cato team.
In this role, you will be working closely with Automation-QA, R&D, OPS, and Product teams to ensure efficient quality assurance processes.

Responsibilities:
Enable smooth and transparent Automated testing cycles of major product components.
Work with Automation-QA and R&D teams to align on new content and known issues in new product versions, to ensure our agile release process works without delays, yet with great quality.
Monitor Automation testing processes and environment, to learn and establish tools and processes to identify and reduce obstacles and delays.
Plan and sync cross-department Automation QA activities.
Enhance communication and continuity across teams.
Collect, monitor, and share KPIs with the teams and stakeholders.
Act as a problem solver and servant leader.
