Requirements:
- Civil/ Machine/ Materials Engineering, Economics, MBA
- At least 5+ years of relevant work experience contractors management
- Proven experience in complex sourcing and procurement is a big advantage
- Excellent English is required. Additional language skills are an advantage
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable track record of success in managing complex, cross-functional activities and developing/executing key procurement processes
- Technical understanding
- Strong leadership and team player
