As a Cross Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our cross-border e-Commerce business. You will be responsible for managing and enhancing our cross-border B2B2C SaaS platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the product roadmap for cross-domain features, prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals.
Work closely with other product managers, development teams, designers, and stakeholders to translate product requirements into detailed specifications. Guide the end-to-end product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and functionality.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and analyze data to identify areas of improvement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Utilize data analytics tools and metrics to monitor the performance of the e-commerce platform. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), conversion rates, and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, such as solutions, projects, sales, account management, customer support and operations teams.
Lead Go-To-Market and rollout plan for new features.
