We are seeking an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our team on a full-time basis.
In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel, represent clients in court, negotiate settlements, and manage a diverse range of commercial disputes.
The position is based in Tel Aviv-Yafo, with options for flexible remote work.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to clients on complex litigation matters.
Represent clients in court, effectively advocating on their behalf.
Negotiate settlements and alternative dispute resolutions.
Manage commercial dispute cases from inception to resolution.
Conduct in-depth legal research to support cases and advise clients.
Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a teamwork-focused environment.

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in litigation.
Expertise in legal research, issue analysis, and client advising.
Proven court representation and negotiation skills.
Experience with commercial disputes.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
Active membership in the Israeli Bar Association.
