Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to work on our claims offering features end-to-end. This team will be responsible for delivering a delightful claims experience and optimized claims outcomes for our customers (drivers, fleets, and brokers) and internal stakeholders (for example, claims adjusters). Claims is the most impactful insurance-related experience for our customers, and our ability to deliver a seamless and fair end-to-end experience is a critical component of our value proposition and our success in fulfilling our mission.
A day in the life:
Design, build and integrate systems & APIs to enhance our customer's Claims experience E2E.
Develop a seamless and accurate claim submission process with high visibility and timely resolution.
Partner with the data sciences team to leverage telematics data and techniques such as ML-based assessments, predictions and image processing to automate claims processing, improve the Claims Adjuster experience and boost efficiency.
Partner with data sciences and design fraud detection system using various data signals and patterns to analyze, detect, and flag anomalies.
Design and automate data acquisition & enrichment platform to leverage different data sources for timely claims assessments and accurate claims outcomes.
Contribute to and consistently raise the bar for engineering best-practices such as coding standards, writing well-tested code, extensible reusable libraries, and mentor junior engineers.
