We are looking for a talented Product Designer (UX and UI) to join our growing team, make a lasting impact, and elevate our user experience to new heights.

Please note this role requires 4 days in the office based in Tel Aviv.

What youll be doing :
Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring new product experiences from concept to launch, focusing on both User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
Develop user flows that address real user challenges to translate ideas into functional feature designs.
Create wireframes, mockups and prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate with designers counterparts in us to shape Spera as part of a unified platform, while representing the Security Personas experience.
Develop a deep understanding of customer personas needs and pain points; Learn from feedback to design a product that users love.
Contribute to Israeli site branding and product marketing graphics.

Requirements:
What youll bring to the role:
3-5 years of experience designing user interfaces (UI) for complex, data-driven B2B applications.
At least 2 years of experience in UX design (this can overlap with the UI experience).
Experience with cyber security platforms - advantage.
Proficiency with Figma.
Demonstrated ownership, independence, and a passion for making an impact with a can-do approach.
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
Enthusiasm for a collaborative office-first environment.
Bachelor's degree in a visual design-related field.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment while leveraging enterprise capabilities.
