Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to lead the development and execution of critical projects within our Unmanned Systems (Including Loitering Munitions)
You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects on time, within budget, and to exacting military specifications.
You will be responsible for the following:
Leading to customers success while securing Companys interests.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines and stringent regulations.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for assigned unmanned systems projects.
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, scientists, and other technical specialists.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
Manage project interfaces with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, subcontractors, and vendors.
Ensure compliance with all relevant military standards and regulations.
Prepare and deliver clear and concise project reports and presentations.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and profitability.
