Our Innovation Center in Tel Aviv is looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to be a part of an agile team responsible for our 10bis.co.il brand core products.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating beautiful and intuitive products that solve complex problems. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to lead the design of new products and features, as well as improve existing ones.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead the design of new products and features, from ideation to launch.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to ensure design solutions meet business and user needs.
Create user-centred design solutions that are beautiful, intuitive, and efficient.
Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and bring new ideas to the team.

Requirements:
What will you bring to the table?
Bachelors degree in Visual Communication.
At least 3 years of experience in product design, with a focus on digital products.
A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and process.
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively and strategically.
Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus.
