Whats the opportunity:
We're looking for a Content Lead who lives and breathes content creation to join and lead our Customer Experience team.
In this role, you'll manage and oversee the creation of various content assets, including marketing materials, client-facing decks, emails, website copy, video scripts, and more.
You'll guide your team in turning product briefs into both engaging and educational content while building a content strategy and voice for the company.
You'll also lead research efforts and contribute creative ideas to support growth goals. Work closely with Marketing, Product, Support, and other teams to ensure all content is aligned and impactful.
