Hi-Tech Company seeks a skilled Legal Counsel to join the legal department.

In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive legal guidance across multiple functions, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, product development, and engineering teams. You'll ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies while navigating complex legal areas such as intellectual property, data privacy, and commercial transactions.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as in-house legal counsel in a tech company, preferably in deep tech or chip industries.
LLB degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees are advantageous.
Israel Bar License is required; membership in other bar associations is an advantage.
Fluency in English (writing and speaking) is a must; knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team.
