looking for:
Director of R&D to be the right hand of the CTO and play a pivotal role in our product development strategy.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and leadership skills to effectively oversee the R&D department, while interacting with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless product delivery. This is a highly responsible role where you will have the authority to shape the R&D roadmap and will be involved in every stage of the product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership with CTO : Serve as the CTOs primary partner in executing the companys technical vision and driving product
development initiatives. You will be deeply involved in strategic decision-making regarding the R&D direction and will contribute to
shaping the company's technical roadmap. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business analysts to align technical requirements with
product goals. You will be a key player in ensuring that multiple interfaces within the company work harmoniously to meet project
timelines. Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire the R&D team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. You will be
responsible for recruiting top talent, mentoring developers, and ensuring the team delivers high-quality products. Project Ownership: Oversee the entire product life cycle from concept to deployment, including architecture design, development,
testing, and product maintenance. You will ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Cloud and Infrastructure: Architect and optimize solutions using AWS cloud services, ensuring the scalability and reliability of the
platform to meet the growing demands of the iGaming industry. Process Optimization: Implement CI/CD pipelines and QA automation frameworks to enhance development speed and product quality,
ensuring that the R&D team follows best practices in development and deployment. Innovation and R&D: Research and integrate emerging technologies that align with the company's business strategy. Stay ahead of
industry trends to drive continuous improvement and ensure that Netoplay remains competitive in the iGaming sector.
