Job Description
We are looking for the Head of Flight-Testing Group, with experience in flying & development of Airborne Systems in a variety of missions. You will be responsible for the following:
Lead the Development tests, all Training operations and Demonstrations in-country and abroad.
Lead the group Testing/Training/Demonstrating strategies, methods & methodologies.
Manage all flight Testing & Validation in the company, flight studies, trial and Evaluation processes starting from new capabilities to the stage of maturing the system.
Manage the group cooperating with Product, R&D, Operations and Marketing. This includes working with customers, field engineers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, test systems, and resolve issues.
Working in a highpaced and vibrant atmosphere, meeting deadlines, and working under pressure in the test fields of the company.
Perform demonstrations (local and abroad), act as the front face for our customers.
Handle all Certifications needed for the group.
