Were looking for an experienced, highly motivated, organized and dedicated full-time Account Executive team lead to join our growing Business Sales team in Tel-Aviv. As Account Executive team lead you will be responsible for growing and developing the team by providing expert level sales knowledge, coaching, training and process improvement. In addition, you will be expected to be showing the way and work hands on on our sales related processes. We are looking for a self-motivated person with high social intelligence and natural leadership. The ideal candidate needs to be keen to build processes from scratch and shape the people he is working with.
Wake up for this:
* Managing and leading a team of 5-6 Account executives.
* Carrying the team quota and achievements QoQ
* Supporting and coaching each Account Executive on the sales deals and challenges they may face
* Assisting with onboarding and its collaterals
* Helping in building additional sales processes and infrastructure flows
* Creating relevant collaterals about the product based on value-proposition and industry needs
* Start relevant sales initiatives to strengthen the team and the department
* 3-4+ years of full cycle SaaS sales experience - must
* 1-2+ years of SaaS sales management experience - must
* SAAS experience - must
* Leadership skills (not afraid to hop on a call and show the way)
* Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executive
* Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions with Enterprise level companies
* Ability to build strong personal relationship
* Native English level - required
* Self-starter, Result-oriented, high energy, adaptable and inquisitive
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Experience with Sales software such as salesforce, Outreach, Apollo, Monday
* BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
