As an LLM Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and refining Large Language Model (LLM) prompts to strengthen and scale our conversational AI capabilities. In this role, you will:
Design and implement LLM evaluation frameworks to assess different models, parameters, and techniques.
Create synthetic datasets and develop end-to-end GenAI workflows, from data preprocessing to model deployment.
Evaluate and integrate new AI models and technologies, staying at the forefront of advancements in the field.
Optimize AI-user interactions through prompt engineering and other techniques to enhance our AI-driven hiring assistant.
Implement practical applications of LLM research findings, creating scalable tools for user-facing applications.
Conduct data analysis and develop metrics to measure the performance and impact of AI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive AI innovation across our products.
Work closely with our global R&D team to evolve AI strategies, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
