We are hiring a DevOps Team Leader to be part of the next-generation stream-based observability platform, providing real-time data analytics for major tech companies.
Our tech stack is unique and in constant growth:
Kubernetes, Kops, AWS, Kafka, Prometheus, Thanos, Git, Argo CD, Istio, and many more!
As a DevOps Team Lead, you will:
Provide guidance, mentorship, and leadership to the DevOps team
Prioritize and manage team workloads, balancing day-to-day tasks with strategic initiatives.
Lead cross DevOps projects with multiple RnD teams dependencies.
Full ownership on K8s high scale environments - data pipeline processes 55Tb of data each day.
Impact and take active part in the platform roadmap - our Platform is a product designed for engineers.
Give back to the community - speak at conferences, write blogs. Contribute to open-source projects and release new open-source software.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing a team of DevOps
5+ years of experience as hands-on in large-scale environment
Vast knowledge in managing Kubernetes (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Experience working on Production environments taking into consideration customer uptime, disaster recovery plans & incident troubleshooting.
