Rail Vision is a multidisciplinary startup headquartered in Ra'anana. We utilize the latest Artificial Intelligence and Electro Optics technologies and develop lifesaving, vision systems for the global railway market. We’re looking for an experienced and talented Software Team Leader to lead the development of our applications' core. Main Responsibilities:
* Leading and mentoring a team of software developers.
* Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members.
* Hands-on programing, mainly with C++, and also in Python and Bash.
* Communicating with other teams such as Algorithms, Hardware and Mechanics.
* Improving software development process while maintaining high professional standards

Advantages:

* Experience working in multidisciplinary environments
* Experience with developing IoT products
* Experience with Docker containers and their orchestration
* Experience integrating with CI processes
* Familiarity with CUDA / NVIDIA platforms
* Background in image processing and/or deep learning

Requirements:
* At least 2 years’ experience in managing software teams
* At least 5 years’ experience in modern C++ (11/14/17)
* Experience with programming in Python & Bash
* Experience working in Linux environment
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (CS/EE)
* Strong software design skills and wide technological breadth
* The ability to lead, motivate and coach team members
* Excellent teamwork and human relations
* Independent, self-motivated and fast learner
