Project and Business Operations Manager

We are looking to hire a Project and Operations Manager for our Cyber security Business Service Department. Responsibilities: Cyber security Projects Management Maintain proactive communication with the service team, technical teams, and sales agents. Manage resources assignments, plan and set project schedules. Coordinate and keep ongoing communication with the customers, to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. Follow up on process and technical progress in the project. Produce and present status reports in meetings. Identify problematic issues during the project and provide Real-Time creative solutions. Develop processes and work methods to improve project management efficiency in the company. Business Operations Follow up on customers' purchase orders. Monitor and update customers on service usage according to the service contracts (hourly or yearly), and check pricing and profitability. Ongoing communication with the sales team. Responsibility for hourly reports per customer from the customer service team, calculating customers' billing according to the usage report and the customer service contract.
