Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive business growth.
Develop and implement strategic account plans to meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Fab Process Integration Engineers, to deliver high-quality technical solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving any technical or business challenges that arise.
Ensure customer specifications are met by coordinating closely with engineering teams on the integration of new technologies and processes.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in account management, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and integration of new technologies.
Experience working closely with process integration engineers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technologically advanced environment.
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor process flows, including lithography, etching, deposition, and yield optimization.
Familiarity with fab production processes, quality control, and problem-solving in semiconductor manufacturing.
Ability to work closely with fab engineers on process integration and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
