Head of Product

We are seeking a highly experienced senior product manager to lead the companys product development efforts in building its core technology. As the Head of Product, you will be at the forefront of our innovative efforts, reporting directly to the CTO. The role requires strong technical understanding and strategic thinking. This will include hiring and managing a team of product managers. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives.
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the product team.
Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their professional goals and deliver exceptional results.
Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
Collaborate closely with engineering, growth, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and vision alignment.
Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to key stakeholders, including the executive team, board members, and external partners.
