We are looking for a talented Gen AI scrum master to join our amAIz - a pioneering telco generative AI framework.
Our amAIz combines carrier-grade architecture leveraging open-source technology with large language AI models, creating a foundation for global communications service providers, enabling them to benefit from the immense potential of generative AI
What will your job look like?
You will provide technical leadership to software engineers by coaching and mentoring throughout end-to-end software development, maintenance, and lifecycle to achieve project goals to the required level of quality;
Provide recommendations to the software engineering manager for estimates, resource needs, breakthroughs and risks;
Ensure effective delegation, supervising tasks, identifying risks and handling mitigation and critical issues.
Hands-on technical and functional mentorship to design, maintenance, build, integration and testing of software components according to functional and technical design specifications;
Follow software development methodologies and release processes.

Requirements:
All you need is...
Bachelor's degree in Science/IT/Computing or equivalent.
5 years of proven experience in a software engineering role.
2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
You are proficient in Python and experienced with Python scripts and libraries.
You are experienced with GenAI products and LLMs capabilities (e.g OpenAI , LangChain)
You are familiar with cloud-based platforms and services, such as Azure , AWS or GCP.
You have Experience with CI/CD pipelines (specifically with GitLab CI/CD).
Thorough understanding of software development and/or support methodologies, principles and procedures and related software management tools.
