Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in language including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python, OR equivalent experience.
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience working on large-scale cloud applications and designing and building large-scale distributed systems.
5+ years of hands-on engineering experience leading complex designs, developing high quality and high resilient systems
2+ years of people management: recruiting, technical leadership and mentorship, personal development, team building, vision, and roadmap creation.
Ability to meet customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: - Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Additional requirements:
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multi-disciplinary team consisting of Software Engineers, Program Managers, Security Researchers, and Data Scientists
Familiar with security development lifecycle
Experience with software development tools such as source control systems (GIT), automated build systems, compilers, software validation systems, project tracking, and lifecycle management systems
Proven experience managing teams in an Agile development environment.
Knowledgable in posture and exposure management, along with expertise in cybersecurity and best practices for attack surface reduction.
