As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end (E2E) recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to facilitating seamless onboarding experiences.

Manage end-to-end (E2E) hiring processes across multiple roles and departments.
Build strong relationships with managers and candidates in the UK, US and Israel.
Plan, initiate, and execute recruitment workflows to streamline hiring.
Source and build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through creative and diverse channels.
Maintain an active pool of candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Contribute to building a strong employer brand to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
