Logistics Operations Representative

As a Logistics Operations Representative at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing various logistics activities, including procurement and inventory management, order processing (including exports and shipments), and customer backend setup within a platform developed by the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing the customer order process.
* Handling company's inventory using the ERP system (NetSuite).
* Reviewing and approving invoices.
* Establishing and maintaining relationships with shipping companies, logistics partners, ports, warehouses, and customs agents.
* Taking ownership of all logistics activities, including shipments, Import/Export processes, and collaboration with local and global authorities.
* Managing customer setup and any related changes.
* Providing support to company agents, addressing their requests and questions related to the service, setup, and platform management.
* Contributing to cross-departmental projects.
Full- time position.
Working hours: 9:00-18:00 at the office in Petach Tikva.
