We're looking for a DevOps Team Lead to join our R&D in TLV.
As the DevOps Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of DevOps engineers and owning the infrastructure lifecycle, from design and implementation to maintenance and optimization. You will work closely with software engineers, architects, and security teams to ensure seamless deployment, scalability, and resilience of mission-critical services. Your mission is to drive automation, security, and reliability across the entire development and deployment pipeline, contributing to our core objective of keeping businesses safe from ever-evolving cyber threats.
What you'll do:
Mentor and guide the DevOps team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management.
Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure on AWS using Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
Manage and maintenance containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for reliable and secure deployments.
Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and manage monitoring systems for 24/7 service availability. Lead incident response and post-incident reviews.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and support smooth production rollouts.

5+ years in DevOps, with 2+ years in leadership.
Proven success in managing cloud-based infrastructures (AWS a must).
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI), and scripting (Python, Bash). Strong Linux and network management skills.
Deep knowledge of cloud security, IAM, and cybersecurity tools.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Experience with monitoring toolsPrometheus, Grafana.
5+ years in DevOps, with 2+ years in leadership.
Proven success in managing cloud-based infrastructures (AWS a must).
Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI), and scripting (Python, Bash). Strong Linux and network management skills.
