A company that operates a medical call center needs customer service representatives for the northern branch.
Work during the call centers operating hours Sunday Thursday between 08:00 16:30 (flexibility is available).
Preference for full-time / part-time option (4 days a week).
Rewarding base salary + subsidized card for ordering food.
Job description/responsibilities:
Combined training in the central and northern branch!
A permanent position with job stability and promotion possibilities.
Handling written communication.
Conducting telephone trainings.
Performing treatment follow-ups.
Providing a professional and in-depth response to the companys customers in various fields.
Working with different sectors of the company.
Also suitable for veterans and students.

Requirements:
Previous service-oriented experience a must.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
Personal responsibility and the ability to manage end-to-end tasks.
Ability to work on different technological systems (CRM/ ERP) an advantage.
Familiarity with a computerized work environment is an advantage.
