Responsibilities:
implement a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy for the company.
Identify new growth channels and leverage existing ones.
Manage and motivate the growth team to achieve targets.
Analyze data and KPIs to make data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with other departments (customer care center, product).
Optimize customer acquisition and retention processes.
Manage growth budget and ROI to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in growth or marketing roles.
Proven track record of leading successful growth and marketing strategies.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, analytics.
Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Excellent data analysis skills and analytical thinking.
Creativity and innovation in problem-solving.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
