We are hiring an experienced Senior Product Designer to push the bar on our main products experience and interface even further.
As a Senior Product Designer, you will be at the intersection of Product Management and Engineering, bringing in the voice of the customer through research, and creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.
Our process encourages high degrees of autonomy across all levels of the organization - As such, the Product Designer role is going to have a huge impact on what we deliver to our customers, from defining the problem all the way through to micro-interactions.
What your day to day will look like:
Gather real-world inputs through user research, support and competitor analysis.
Work with Product and Engineering to determine what your team will be building.
Design flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for new or existing features.
Work with Engineering to determine scope, and bring the customers perspective when discussing technical considerations and tradeoffs.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience delivering stellar experiences on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile.
A portfolio showcasing both how you think through design problems and an ability to design beautiful, modern interfaces.
Seeking to deeply understand user needs and challenges, and translating them into design solutions that drive measurable business impact.
Familiar with research and testing methodologies, and experience in direct communications with customers as well as internal users.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate openly, receive feedback, and effectively align with stakeholders.
Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English.
5+ years of experience delivering stellar experiences on a Product Design team for desktop or mobile.
